1. Delivery Method
Our products are digital (e.g., PDF guides). After successful payment, access is typically provided via:
- A download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
- An email containing your receipt and download link, and/or
- Your account area (if enabled).
2. Delivery Time
In most cases, digital access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed.
If you do not receive an email, please check spam/junk folders.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering a correct email address at checkout
- Downloading and securely storing your files
- Keeping proof of purchase (receipt/order number)
We recommend saving your files to a secure location and backing them up.
4. Download Issues
If you experience technical problems:
- Try another browser or device
- Update your PDF reader
- Check your internet connection

5. Access Limitations
To protect our intellectual property, we may limit the number of downloads or the time window for download links. If you lose access, contact us with proof of purchase and we will assist where reasonably possible.
